Opening in May 2016, the latest small bar to hit Redfern has placed its emphasis on craft beers and bourbon. The bare brick and timber layout gives it a rustic feel that feels like a scaled down version of a renovated Sydney pub. Unlike most pubs however, this is more about appreciating the beer rather than trying to down as much as possible. Food is not on the menu (except for spicy popcorn) but you can order a pizza from across the road, a great small bar tend that seems to be only flourishing in Redfern at this point.
